Tracking an order

Use the order number from your confirmation email and the email address you gave at checkout: track your order.

Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number in the subject line. Most orders ship within 24 hours, so tell us as soon as you can.

We hold what we need to fulfil and support your order and nothing else. What that is, and how to ask us to delete it, is in the privacy policy.
